Position:
In coordination with MPI Corporate accounting team, be responsible for bookkeeping, account payable tasks, assist CPA Audit tasks; assist account receivable Perform month-end close processes which include preparation of journal entries, GL account analyses, and financial reporting schedules Monitor the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable weekly to ensure invoices and vendor communications are properly addressed Maintain and update fixed assets, inventory management, and Reports, such as month/ quarter /annual end closing reports, property tax reports. Process expense reimbursement submissions, including verification that reimbursable expenses are within company guidelines Generate, analyze for variances, and distribute monthly cost center financial packets Interact with internal /external auditors to explain decision making criteria and supporting audit evidence Responsible for special projects as required to meet the special needs of the Board of Directors and the parent company. Cross function support of other non-accounting administrator tasks as assigned by management
Employment Requirements:
Work Experience:
At least 1 year of related experience; preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Skill:
Knowledge of basic accounting principles (GAAP); Familiar with QuickBooks online. Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office programs, e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint….etc., Effective communication and project leadership skills Language ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluent Mandarin will be a benefit
