  • Job Overview
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized entry level Administrative Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping and reconciliation.
  • Responsibilities
  • Record transactions, purchases, sales, and payments, in Quickbooks.
Manage and process invoices, track payments, and ensure purchase orders are paid on time. Respond to inquiries from vendors or clients regarding transactions and records. Input and manage data and streamline operational reports via Excel Perform general office duties related to the accounting department, such as managing correspondence and scheduling meetings. Assist in organizing invoices and payments to vendors Maintain office policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience and knowledge in accounting or bookkeeping, through internships or other part time roles Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Mandarin and English Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft suite including Outlook Ability to work effectively in a team environment Join our team as an Administrative Accounting Assistant to contribute to the smooth operation of our office while advancing your career in a supportive work environment.
