We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Coordinator to join our team and work alongside experienced finance leaders in a collaborative aerospace environment. L•Garde is a full-service design, development, and manufacturing supplier of spacecraft hardware to Tier 1 primes and government agencies. We provide systems engineering and skilled technicians to make Skunk Works-type projects a reality. Life:
In this position, you'll support day-to-day accounting activities such as AP, reconciliations, month-end close, payroll support, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with different teams, learn new skills, and contribute to process improvements. Do:
Accounting & Finance Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and payments. Maintain accurate accounts payable records and resolve vendor discrepancies. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain accounting records within the ERP system and supporting spreadsheets. Support payroll processing and related documentation. Prepare monthly financial reports for management, including finance reporting for government contracts. Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and financial controls . Operations & Business Support Support office operations and administrative activities. Assist with government contractor compliance requirements and documentation. Partner with the finance team to support contract Estimates at Completion (EACs). Perform internal audits of required training and compliance documentation. Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings as needed. Assist with process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency across the organization. Provide additional administrative and operational support as assigned.
What You Bring:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. At least one year of accounting experience, including accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting responsibilities. At least one year of administrative or office support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting software or an ERP system (JAMIS experience is a plus). Aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or government contractor experience is helpful but not required. Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required). Robust Paid Holiday Schedule Compensation Range:
$25.00 - $33.00 Your actual base salary will be determined individually and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total compensation package, which also includes discretionary bonuses, a 401(k) match, annual profit sharing, 100% employer-paid benefit premiums, and more.
