How you'll spend your time as a

Staff Accountant:

Manage and input all receivables invoices and ensure timely monthly reporting. File taxes for jobs in Wyoming and all paperwork required from Wyoming to finalize jobs with the stat Collaborate with project managers to manage accurate job cost tracking, AR invoicing and subcontractor billing Input Subcontractor Pay Estimates into Accounting system and create spreadsheet based on their invoice Prepare monthly reconciliations for month-end and year-end. Audit support and internal control management. Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a

Staff Accountant:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 4+ years of accounting experience. Experience with financial analysis. Construction accounting experience strongly preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments. Proactive with the ability to take initiative.
