Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure commercial property accounting and experience with monthly closing processes, managing capital expenditures, and familiarity with amortizations. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. Our team is located in the beautiful area of Coral Gables. Responsibilities Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles Experience with CAM payments and reconciliations Work with commercial tenants and contracts Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close Experience with amortizations, capital expenditures, or general ledger allocations. Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes Research and analyze expense variances for company management Qualifications 4+ years' of professional accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience Advanced Excel Experience with financial software, BONUS
