The ideal candidate must have strong QuickBooks experience, tax preparation knowledge, and the ability to manage financial records accurately and independently.

Schedule:

Monday and Friday 2 days per week $20 per hour Additional hours may be available based on performance and company growth.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage accounting functions using QuickBooks Review bookkeeping and financial records for accuracy Supervise accounting processes and maintain internal controls Assist with tax preparation and compliance Prepare and review financial reports Provide guidance and support to staff as needed Communicate professionally with clients in English and Spanish Ensure accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

Strong accounting experience required QuickBooks experience required Tax preparation experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English required Supervisory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Excellent organization and problem-solving skills Professional, dependable, and committed to growth We are seeking a proactive leader who can maintain strong financial controls and support the efficiency of our accounting operations.
