Job Description
HR Support:
Assist with timecard collection and data entry Maintain employee and onboarding records General Accounting /Administrative:
Maintain organized digital and paper files Assist with job cost documentation Support month-end tasks and reporting Provide general administrative support to accounting team Qualifications 1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred (Not Required) Construction or subcontractor accounting experience Familiarity with job costing Experience with accounting software (Sage, Viewpoint, QuickBooks, etc.) Knowledge of lien waivers or construction documentation Why Work With Us Established and growing company with steady work Opportunity to learn multiple areas of accounting Team-oriented environment Growth potential within the company Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidaysPay:
