Job Description

Overview Paper Systems is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office & Accounting Administrator to support our President, Chief Financial Officer, and office operations. This position combines executive administrative support with accounting, customer service, and office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the President and Chief Financial Officer. Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly management reports. Verify and process temporary employee timecards. Prepare and verify customer shipping invoices. Receive and distribute incoming mail, UPS, and FedEx deliveries. Verify credit card and shipping invoices. Maintain organized filing systems and company records. Complete customer credit applications and W-9 requests. Order office and first aid supplies. Perform credit checks for new customers. Assist with general office operations and special projects. Follow company quality, food safety, and regulatory procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications College degree in business, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent administrative/accounting work experience. Minimum one year of administrative, accounting, or office experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Manufacturing or accounting experience is a plus. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
