Accounting & Consulting Pay:
$50,000 - $65,000 annually, with potential flexibility up to $70,000 for highly qualified candidates. Overtime eligible.
Benefits:

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support while assisting with various administrative, operational, and client-service functions. This individual will serve as a key resource to leadership and play an important role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executive leadership and senior team members Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Assist with billing activities, invoice processing, and payment follow-up Prepare correspondence, reports, and client-facing documents Process and organize confidential client documentation Maintain electronic and physical filing systems Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics Support special projects and deadline-driven initiatives Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
3-15 years of administrative support experience Bachelor's degree preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency Experience supporting executives or senior leadership preferred Professional services, accounting, financial services, legal, insurance, or similar industry experience is a plus Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
