Job Description
Accounting Coordinator Our client is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to manage daily accounting operations and provide office support for a growing organization. This role combines core accounting responsibilities with administrative tasks and requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and vendor payments Process customer invoicing, cash applications, and assist with reconciliations Support month-end close activities and maintain accurate financial records Handle office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and processing employee timesheets and expense reports Provide customer service support for billing inquiries and account status Qualifications of the Accounting Coordinator Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of experience in accounting and office administration Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software and strong Excel skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently EB-1946731816
