Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an Accounting Administrator to support financial operations related to IT projects and consulting spend. This individual will work closely with project managers, accounting teams, and other business stakeholders to track project expenditures, validate invoices, and ensure accurate billing and reconciliation processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for reviewing data across multiple internal systems to verify consultant hours, monitor project budgets, and process vendor invoices accurately. This role will require working onsite in Georgetown KY and has a pay range of $20-25/hour based on experience. Key Responsibilities
  •  Review and manage tasks through a virtual workflow/task management system
  •  Track project budgets and monitor budget-to-actual spending
  •  Analyze and allocate consulting invoices to the appropriate projects
  •  Verify consultant timekeeping records within ServiceNow and other internal systems
  •  Process and reconcile invoices for payment approval
  •  Maintain accurate project billing and financial records
  •  Partner with Project Managers to address project-related accounting and billing questions
