Job Description
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including invoice review, coding, and payment coordination. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets, and reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. Maintain organized accounting files and documentation in accordance with company policies. Assist with expense reporting, journal entries, and general ledger support. Support audits and provide documentation as requested. Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance team. Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in an accounting, finance, or bookkeeping role. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience Experience with high-volume AP/AR environments. Exposure to month-end close and reconciliations. Experience supporting accounting teams in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience. Pay Details:
