Hi-Lo Drivers

Position Summary Our Grand Rapids, MI facility is looking for talented Hi-Lo Drivers to become part of our energetic crew. We are searching for professionals who enjoy managing material movement in a high-speed setting and take pride in maintaining a safe, collaborative, and productive workplace. Key Duties Utilize Hi-Lo equipment to transport and organize inventory throughout the facility. Ensure the safe and effective loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments. Perform routine checks on machinery to verify that all equipment remains in top working condition. Support accurate inventory management by assisting with regular stock audits. Work closely with colleagues to ensure all production targets are achieved on time. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all operational protocols. Promptly notify leadership regarding any mechanical issues or potential workplace hazards. Requirements A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. Possession of a current Hi-Lo forklift certification is mandatory. Prior experience in a warehouse environment operating forklifts is beneficial. Demonstrate high levels of precision and the ability to execute tasks exactly as directed. Capable of handling heavy lifting and performing manual labor as required. Foster a positive team atmosphere through clear and effective communication. Maintain the availability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts.
