Part-Time Accounting and Office Administrator Element Worx is looking for a highly organized and dependable Part-Time Accounting and Office Administrator to support our financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, managing details, and helping a growing company run smoothly behind the scenes. About Us Element Worx Inc. is a general contracting company based in Kalispell, Montana. Founded in 2021, our team delivers high-quality residential and commercial construction projects across the Flathead Valley. We take pride in exceptional craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and a hands-on approach to every project. As we grow, we're looking for the right person to help support the administrative and financial side of the business. What You'll Do Accounting & Payroll Process payroll accurately and on time Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Enter and reconcile financial data in QuickBooks Prepare basic financial reports Assist with job costing and financial tracking Office Administration Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems Manage office supplies, subscriptions, equipment, and vendor accounts Create and improve standard operating procedures Assist with scheduling, internal communication, and general administrative support Support onboarding paperwork and related office processes Administrative Support Prepare documents and handle data entry Track outstanding administrative and financial items Create simple spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards for internal use What We're Looking For 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience Experience with QuickBooks Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable with spreadsheets, systems, and process improvement Why You'll Love Working With Us Join a small, supportive team where your work truly matters Enjoy a flexible part-time role with meaningful responsibility Help support a growing company and improve internal operations Collaborative environment with room to grow over time This role has the opportunity to be hybrid once trained on the position
