Job Description

A small manufacturer with a global footprint seeks an Accounting and Administrative Assistant with strong organizational skills who loves what they do.
Duties:
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities including posting expenses, bills, payments, deposits, and preparing journal entries. Manage collection activities on past-due accounts and maintain organized filing systems for current and archived transaction documents. Provided comprehensive office administrative support by ordering supplies, processing incoming/outgoing mail, and supporting daily operations. Assisted the Customer Service team with incoming calls, order processing, CRM data accuracy, trade show coordination, and targeted marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or experience in a related field. Other basic and preferred skills are: collections, AP and AR posting, bank deposits, data entry accuracy, reading comprehension, accuracy to detail, aptitude for numbers, ability to perform filing and recording keeping tasks, customer service experience, team player, and experience in manufacturing ERP systems not required, but preferred.
