Full-Time About Us The Azarian Group, L.L.C. specializes in the management, development, and leasing of shopping centers, office buildings, and residential mixed-use properties. This is a full-time, in-person role in Midland Park, NJ. No remote work. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to primarily support our Chief Financial Officer. While this role encompasses traditional executive support, a significant portion of the responsibilities will focus on bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in QuickBooks, experienced in handling billing and accounts receivable, and will support the executive team.
Daily responsibilities may include:
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, including composing letters, scheduling, making phone calls, researching, and document preparation. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions Utilize QuickBooks to generate reports, enter receivables, and input data. Assist with general administrative duties Monthly account reconciliation Prepare reports Prepare Tenant billings Maintain and organize secure digital filing systems Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years proven professional experience in an Executive Assistant, Bookkeeping, or similar administrative/accounting role. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks required. Strong working proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Accounting Knowledge:
Hands-on, practical experience managing billing and accounts receivable. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus, though not required. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable collaborating within a small office setting.
