00 DOE A Commercial Real Estate company seeking a dependable, experienced, and detailed-driven Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk to support office operations and ensure the accurate handling of day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting procedures and practices Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations Provide administrative support Plans and schedules meetings, responds to various inquiries both external and internal, manages communications via email, phone, etc. Organizes and accurately maintains filing system of confidential information Preparing bank deposits Customer billing and collections
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must Highly organized with excellent communication skills Must possess a professional and positive attitude Required to work in fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task Commitment to accuracy Independent thinker who works well as a team player Problem solving skills with impeccable attention to details Associates degree preferred Benefits when hired permanently: Disability insurance Paid sick time Paid time off #
