Job Description

Join a dynamic and collaborative team as a Branch Administrator, where you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our branch. This position is essential in ensuring smooth accounting and administrative processes, working closely with both local branch managers and centralized support teams. The Branch Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting operational efficiency, and serving as a vital link between the branch and shared services. Responsibilities Process branch-level vendor invoices and customer billings, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Monitor accounts receivable aging and coordinate collections with the central team. Verify vendor compliance with insurance and contract requirements. Perform daily cash monitoring, including tracking inflows and outflows for the branch. Process and verify remote check deposits, ensuring timely posting to bank accounts. Reconcile ACH and credit card payments to bank activity and assist with monthly reconciliations. Track labor and material costs for branch projects using Aspire software. Support budget versus actual reporting for branch managers and assist in preparing WIP reports. Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and coordinate uniform and equipment issuance as needed. Maintain organized branch records and reports for audits and management reviews. Liaise with central accounting, HR, and IT teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Provide feedback to shared services leadership on branch-specific process needs. Qualifications Associates degree or relevant experience in accounting or administration. 24 years of experience in a branch or field office environment. Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic job costing. Strong communication and customer service skills for effective collaboration with field teams and vendors. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with office software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Offered compensation:
