As a Dealer Trade Administrator , you'll play a critical role in ensuring dealer trade transactions are processed accurately, funded efficiently, and reconciled completely. Compensation Range:
$16.85-24.05/hr, with a typical starting range of $19.00-$21.00/hr . Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. What You'll Do Review dealer trade documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements. Process and maintain vehicle inventory records within dealership management systems (DMS). Coordinate floorplan transfers and lender notifications related to dealer trade activity. Verify inventory costs, vehicle information, and accounting records for accuracy. Partner with dealership personnel to resolve missing paperwork, discrepancies, funding issues, and inventory exceptions. Research and reconcile inventory and accounting variances in a timely manner. Maintain organized electronic and physical records to support audits and compliance requirements. Assist with month-end close activities related to dealer trade transactions. Follow internal controls, company policies, manufacturer requirements, and lender guidelines. Support process improvement initiatives and system implementations that increase efficiency and accuracy. What You'll Do Previous administrative, accounting, inventory, title, dealership accounting, or automotive operations experience preferred. Experience working with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize workload and handle a high volume of transactions in a deadline-driven environment.
