As an Accounting Coordinator, you will support both operational and compliance activities, including accounts payable and receivable management, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Job Specifics This is a full-time, on-site role This role is temp to perm Salary on a permanent basis is $53,000-$55,000. Comes with a full benefits package
Duties:
Bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing, filing Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and payment reminders Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and supporting documentation Maintain vendor and customer records Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets as requested Respond to vendor, customer, and internal accounting inquiries All aspects of Accounting department coordination Manages incoming and outgoing mail distribution
Qualifications:

Associates Degree or better Must have 3 years of accounting or accounting adjacent experience Skilled in account reconciliation, journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and general ledger management. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Computer literacy with Microsoft programs including excel, word, and PowerPoint Good problem solving skills Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal Ability to follow instructions Knowledge of basic accounting concepts Able to work independently as well as within a team Meet deadlines
