Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to perform accounting functions across multiple hotels by ensuring compliance with Forge policies and accounting standards. This position works closely with hotel and corporate leadership to maintain accurate financial records and support operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own the accounts payable process, reviewing submissions, communicating adjustments needed, ensuring timely entry, and posting to the general ledger as appropriate. Reconcile bank activity, credit card transactions, and cash deposits, resolving discrepancies as necessary. Prepare journal entries and financial reports for monthend and yearend close. Be the point of contact for internal and external auditors, maintaining clean, welldocumented records. Manage sales tax filings and associated cash requirements. Record and process monthly benefit billing. Monitor capital expenditure budgets, tracking expenses from initial request through completed payments. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly. Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience. Previous hotel experience strongly preferred. Experience with M3 Accounting Core, hotel PMS systems (PEP/Opera), and/or POS systems (Micros/InfoGenesis) preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and followthrough. Handson, proactive approach with a willingness to dig into the numbers.
