Week M-F:

We are looking for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and building efficient processes behind the scenes and is very good at communicating. Position Overview We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support both accounting and logistics operations . This role sits at the intersection of: Accounting accuracy Organizational coordination Process improvement You will help ensure that completed work in the field is properly tracked, documented, and invoiced — contributing directly to company efficiency and revenue flow. Key Responsibilities Accounting Support Track and organize purchases and receipts Classify expenses accurately on a weekly basis Maintain recurring expense tracking (e.g., utilities, subscriptions) Assist with invoice creation, updates, and adjustments Support daily pricing updates and billing accuracy Logistics & Operations Support Review and organize route/job data for accuracy Identify missing or incomplete information and follow up Draft and send daily manifest emails to customers Create information details for drivers Support coordination between drivers, management, and customers Assist in improving workflows and operational systems Systems & Data Work within Excel and Google Sheets regularly Maintain organized data entry & documentation (e.g, attaching receipt images) Follow structured workflows while identifying opportunities to improve them What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay:
$20/hour or higher commensurate with skills/experience

Qualifications Accounting or bookkeeping work Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets Strong attention to detail Organizational and time management skills Comfortable communicating with team members and customers Ability to manage multiple small tasks efficiently Familiarity with Michigan Backgrounds in accounting support, administrative roles, logistics coordination, or office support are all relevant.

From $22.00 per hour
