•minimum 3 days/week onsite Join Our Accounting Team Poms & Associates is looking for an Accounting Supervisor

•Corporate to join our Accounting team. This is an opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys balancing hands-on accounting responsibilities with team leadership. You'll play an important role in financial reporting, close activities, process improvement, and internal controls while coaching and supporting members of the Accounting team. What You'll Do Supervise, mentor, and support accounting staff while overseeing assigned corporate accounting functions, including accounts payable, general ledger, and tax-related activities. Prepare and review financial statements and support monthly and year-end close activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting. Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights to senior management to support business decisions. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities. Coordinate and execute annual audit and tax-related work and support compliance with applicable requirements. Review and strengthen accounting procedures and internal controls to improve accuracy and efficiency. Support financial analysis and special projects, including ROI and other business-related analyses. What You'll Bring Education and experience of either: a) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least three years of public accounting or b) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 4 years of in progressive private/corporate accounting roles, or c) An undergraduate degree and at least 6 years in progressive private/corporate accounting roles. At least one year in a supervisor role preferred. Strong working knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting practices. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and accounting systems. Compensation Disclosure :

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $115,000

•135,000 per year, inclusive of a 7.5% target bonus, measured and paid quarterly. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including education, qualifications, skills, and relevant professional experience.
