Full-Time About the Opportunity A growing public accounting and advisory firm is seeking Bilingual Accounting Staff and Senior Accountants to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals at various experience levels who enjoy working with multiple clients, utilizing cloud-based accounting technology, and growing their careers in public accounting. Key Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank/credit card reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules Support payroll processing and payroll compliance Prepare sales tax, property tax, and other compliance filings Support audit and tax engagements by preparing schedules and requested documentation Utilize QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting systems Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with system enhancements Provide timely, professional service while building strong client relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 0-5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or public accounting experience Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles Experience with QuickBooks Online or other accounting software preferred Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills CPA license or progress toward CPA is a plus Japanese language proficiency is required Why Join?
