Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Financial Support Associate to support both financial and administrative operations. In this role, you'll handle billing and customer payment processing, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and assist with timekeeping, requisitions, and invoice submissions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve processes while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Physical Requirements:

This position is primarily sedentary and performed in a typical office environment. Duties involve sitting most of the time with occasional walking or standing. The role may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of items up to 10 pounds. Bending, stooping, or reaching may occasionally be required. Physical demands may vary by position and may occasionally exceed those described above.

Minimum Requirements:

Associates degree or two (2) years of documented college level course work in Accounting, Business, or related area OR One (1) to three (3) years of demonstrated experience in related field, such as Accounting or Business Management, or recognition as a subject matter expert Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent written and oral communication skill Good analytical and problem solving skills Ability to efficiently work independently and within a team Ability to work with confidential information and exercise discretion Valid driver's license Please note that due to job responsibilities, KUB does not provide immigration sponsorship for and/or based on this position.

Preferred Requirements:
