Job Description

Billing Coordinator Pay:

$16-21/hr.

Location:

Port Arthur, TX 4-month plus extension Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities Process customer billing accurately and promptly. Manage intercompany billing transactions. Prepare journal entries. Assist with ad hoc accounting requests. Support audits, budgeting, and special projects. Ensure accounting documentation is complete and accurate. Learn and follow accounting policies and procedures under supervisor guidance. Ideal candidate background 1-3 years of accounting or billing experience. Experience with invoicing and accounts receivable. Familiarity with journal entries and general ledger concepts. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (often preferred).
