We are committed to delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions to our clients, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Office Admin/Accounting Assistant. If you have strong administrative and accounting experience, exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks supporting daily operations
  • Process accounts payable, reviewing invoices, matching purchase orders, etc.
  • Maintain employee and operations-related spreadsheets
  • Assist with employee time management, scheduling, and payroll
  • Responsible for employee onboarding, personnel files, and HR documentation
  • Set-up and track required employee training, badging, etc.
  • Provide general office support to project managers and office manager
Qualifications:
Previous administrative/office experience required Some QuickBooks experience required Experience in construction or a related industry is a plus Working knowledge of accounts payable and human resources processes Basic accounting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
