Job Description
Our client is seeking a dependable Part-Time Accounting Administrative Assistant to join their team through the end of the calendar year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, part-time role while making an immediate impact. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to commit to the full duration of the assignment. Key Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Serve as a backup for customer invoicing Provide general administrative support to the accounting team. Maintain accurate records and assist with filing and document management. Support the team with additional accounting and office tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or administrative support. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable learning new systems and following established processes. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team. Must be able to commit to the assignment through the end of the calendar year.
