We are immediately hiring for a Accounts Receivable Supervisor in our Accounting Department in North Little Rock, AR. If your background includes Accounting and Management, please apply!
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Supervises, coordinates and reviews for improvement all Accounts Receivable processes in a multi company environment. Supervises all personnel in the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the supervision and continuous improvement of researching and collecting on all customer receivables and payment discrepancies (CNR's, DP's, BD's, OV's) within the system. Responsible for the overseeing of all cash postings on a daily basis and ensure that it's done timely and accurately. Responsible for handling all intercompany transactions if the invoice and the cash received fall under two different companies Ensures compliance of Company's AR Policies through internal control audits and software integrity checks. Establishes, modifies, documents, and coordinates job documentation of areas supervised. Appraises performance, coaches, counsels, rewards, and disciplines employees and interviews job candidates, hires new personnel and terminates employees as necessary. Responsible for reviewing and adjustments of refunds to customers for any duplicate payments and overpayments made by the customer. Provides alternative payment methods to customers if deemed advantageous to the Company. Compiles and distributes accurate reports and worksheets by assigned deadlines. Leads all software updates related to the Accounts Receivable computer systems and creates reports using report-writing tools. Maintains information to operate in manual operation in the event of a Crisis. Ensure company confidentiality.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Prefer Highschool or
GED PLUS
additional education in a specialized field (vocational trade school, two year college, etc.) plus 1 - 2 years related experience and/or training and 1 - 5 years previous management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS 2
years accounting experience and/or Bachelor of Science Degree in Business field.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal working conditions as found within an office setting, wherein there is controlled temperature and a low noise level, plus a minimum of distractions.
