Accounts Receivable Supervisor Phoenix, AZ $70,000 - $80,000 A growing distribution and services organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a high-volume AR function, improve collections performance, and develop a team of accounts receivable professionals. Responsibilities Lead and coach a team responsible for collections, credit, and receivables activities. Drive improvements in cash collections, reduce aging receivables, and strengthen overall AR performance. Monitor aging reports and partner with internal teams to resolve payment issues. Establish KPIs, reporting, and accountability measures to drive team performance. Support credit management, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, including supervisory or team lead experience. Proven success improving collections performance, reducing aging receivables, and driving cash flow improvements. Experience in a B2B, high-volume environment. Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
