  • Responsible for day-to-day office functions
  • Manager small team
  • Invoice generation, verification and delivery
  • Process maintenance requests and ensure proper tracking and billing
  • Full cycle accounts receivable including collections Requirements Requirements
  • 3-5 years office management experience
  • Full Cycle accounts receivable experience
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required
  • Strong professional communication both written and verbal
  • Detailed and organized with ability to address time sensitive problems
  • Quickbooks online
  • Responsible for addressing weekend call as needed
