Process internal monthly billing invoices Work with external accountants to ensure production of monthly financial statements Work as liaison for annual fiscal auditors Support creation of agency annual operating budget Knowledge of FundEZ fiscal software Oversee all monthly accounts receivable collections Oversee all monthly accounts payable activities Oversee management of all agency banking functions and reconciliation activities Oversee management of agency insurance renewals, workers' compensation contracting etc Oversee the management and maintenance of agency vendor files
