$65,000•$90,000 per year Job Details•We are seeking a hands-on Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager to support day-to-day AR operations, customer account management, collections, credit administration, and order release activities. This individual will help maintain business continuity while partnering closely with accounting leadership and customer service teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, managing aging reports, performing account reconciliations, handling customer inquiries, and making sound credit decisions. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and AR aging portfolios Perform account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies Conduct collection activities through phone and email outreach Review and evaluate customer credit risk Release and hold customer orders based on established credit protocols Investigate and resolve disputed invoices Process credit applications and customer account setups Monitor past-due balances and recommend collection strategies Partner with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve issues Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Assist with month-end close activities related to AR Support cash application and payment research as needed Identify opportunities to improve AR and credit processes Qualifications 5+ years of Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, or Order-to-Cash experience Experience managing customer aging portfolios Strong account reconciliation skills Experience making credit decisions and releasing orders Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities Manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale industry experience preferred A bit about us:•We are a well-established and growing manufacturing organization with a reputation for quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
