We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Office Manager / Secretary to join our team. This multifaceted role combines financial management, administrative support, and client communication to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and office management. Your energy and enthusiasm will drive efficiency, foster positive client relationships, and support our company's growth. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation using financial software . Communicate effectively with clients regarding outstanding balances, payment arrangements, and account inquiries via phone and email while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Support office management duties such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and overseeing general administrative tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in accounting or finance roles with a strong understanding of accounting concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, account reconciliation, and account analysis. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette for client interactions and internal correspondence. Demonstrated problem-solving skills in accounts receivable management and collections account oversight. High level of integrity and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and office procedures.
Pay:
$4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
