Accounts Receivable Manager

Accounts Receivable Manager Location:

San Luis Obispo County, CA Our client, an established and growing company in the construction space, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join its accounting team. Responsibilities Manage invoicing for projects, including progress billing Ensure invoices are processed accurately and recorded properly within the accounting system Handle lien waivers, prelien notices, and supporting AR documentation Coordinate customer billing arrangements and payment schedules Respond to invoice and payment inquiries from customers in a timely manner Maintain accurate customer account records and payment activity Monitor aging reports and assist with collections efforts Partner with accounting leadership on AR processes and account tracking Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and account updates Preferred Qualifications Strong background in Accounts Receivable and general accounting practices Experience with construction billing and AIA invoicing preferred Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively Experience within the construction industry is a plus What's Offered Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical insurance, PTO, and 401(k) Supplemental insurance and company-paid life insurance Opportunity to join an established and reputable company Collaborative, team-oriented environment

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
