Accounts Payable Manager of Supply Chain is responsible for leading the development, implementation and administration of a coordinated payable support system that operates efficiently. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to the following: Manages Accounts Payable. Includes, Customer Supplier Relations, and the Accounts Payable disbursement group which handles all check disbursements, 1099 and tax related matters for 3 ERP systems. Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting; ensures accuracy and timeliness. Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements. Provides accounting assistance to project managers and operations staff; responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs. Acts as a liaison between the company, government and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance required
Minimum Experience:
. 5 plus years of Accounting experience One or more years of leadership experience. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements Generally Accepted Accounting Principles 1099 Filing ERP AP Systems Strong consultative, analytical, researching and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills Able to effectively work with cross functional teams and other functions across the company Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Strong working experience and knowledge of internal control concepts Experience with Financial close process Demonstrated ability to train staff for continuous improvement Demonstrated KPI Management experience Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills We take great care of careers.
