Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Accounts Payables Manager for our home office in Longwood, FL. The Manager, AP is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the accounts payable department.
Responsibilities include:
Create and implement AP processes and workflows to ensure adherence and success Recruit, select, train, and manage AP employees Monitor employee workload and redistribute as necessary to ensure adherence to our Service Level Commitments Review and correct tax files Review and process sales tax, make online payments and record transactions accordingly Process ACH debit block forms as needed Review and process annual 1099s Maintain monthly NSF spreadsheet Review and process requests for wire transfer Process miscellaneous IRS items such as levies and B-notices All other duties as assigned or as needed based upon the workload of department
Applicants Must:
Have previous leadership experience Possess an understanding of standard accounts payable processes Be professional, organized, and self-motivated Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
