• Full-time Enzos on the Lake is a family owned fine dining Italian Restaurant that has been around for over 40 years.

It is a fast paced, high volume, scratch kitchen looking for experienced cooks to join the team in anticipation of our grand opening. Looking for LEAD line cook to take charge and run shifts.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Prepping, slicing, dicing. Reading tickets & preparing guests orders. Keeping quick ticket times while maintaining our quality and standards. Knowledge of fish, beef, sauces is a plus. Creativity, the ability to identify tasks, stay busy and be self motivated. Ability to direct other employees at the various cooking stations in order to maintain the quick pace. Clean and properly maintain work stations and equipment. Able to accept constructive criticism and leave the drama at home. Qualifications & skills: 2 years of kitchen experience preferred. Knife skills. Line cook experience Willingness to learn. Following direction and instruction. Consistency of food production. Prompt and reliable.
