Job Description

SENIOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER

With a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and scalable infrastructure, the company is modernizing its shared services capabilities and leveraging advanced technologies to drive efficiency and performance across its global footprint. The Senior Manager of Accounts Payable role will lead global AP operations within a shared services model, overseeing invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations while driving standardization and efficiency across regions. This individual will play a critical role in a large-scale finance transformation, including serving as a process owner for the implementation of a modern ERP platform (SAP S/4HANA). The role requires a hands-on leader who can hire talent, train staff, optimize working capital, enhance internal controls, implement automation, and partner cross-functionally with business leaders to improve end-to-end P2P performance. Qualified candidates for this Senior Manager of Accounts Payable role will have: Bachelor's in Accounting (or related) 9-11+ years of related P2P/AP leadership experience in a shared services function Experience working with large ERP systems, including SAP Experience driving transformation and supporting implementations to optimize efficiency and automation. A track record of driving KPIs, process improvements, and operational excellence are required. Note - seeking Atlanta-based talent exclusively for this opportunity. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
