This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑volume, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee daily posting of inventory, fixed asset, and expense purchases Manage the employee expense reporting system and corporate credit card program Ensure accurate and timely cash disbursements Support month‑end close processes including in‑transit accruals and unrecorded invoice accruals Assist with internal and external audit requests Lead system and workflow improvements in procurement, payment systems, and approval processes Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to AP staff Own and manage the 3‑way match discrepancy process in collaboration with purchasing and warehouse leadership This is an excellent opportunity for a Accounts Payable Manager who enjoys improving processes, developing people, and owning the full AP function.
