Payroll Supervisor Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary The Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor leads and supports CS Contract Solutions' AR team by providing daily guidance, training, and performance feedback, while monitoring team productivity and workload to ensure deadlines are consistently met. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies, and a hands-on approach to developing team members and improving AR workflows. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Provide daily guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members. Assist in training and onboarding new team members on systems, workflows, and best practices. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment. Workflow & Productivity Management Monitor team productivity and workload to ensure deadlines are consistently met. Delegate tasks based on team priorities and individual strengths to maximize productivity. Process Improvement Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve turnaround time and accuracy. Develop and document standard operating procedures and workflow improvements. Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce errors. Qualifications Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring a team preferred. Strong understanding of AR processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies. High attention to detail and accuracy.
