Job Description
Accounts Receivable Supervisor•Manage the end-to-end collections process-Support bankruptcy tracking and reporting-Coordinate payment plans and settlement agreements-Develop, implement, and enforce collection policies-Serve as primary point of escalation for disputed invoices and complex collection matters-Prepare and present AR performance reports, aging summaries, and key metrics to management-Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the AR teamJob Requirements•-Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or treasury operations-Experience supervising/leading AR team-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of improving cash flow-Solid understanding of the AR ledger required-Excel skills strongly preferred-By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
