Your responsibilitiesJob SummarySupervises workers and tasks in the organization's accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Job Description Key AccountabilitiesCoordinate and manage / supervise employees performing activities related to centralized:

Cash disbursements and any related troubleshootingVendor invoice entry and any related inquiries or adjustmentsCentralized cash applicationsMaster data maintenance (including parameter and control tables where applicable)Sales and use taxesTax return compliance and reconciliation, exemption certificates, Forms W-9, tax rate database, general ledger account reconciliations, audit management and coordinationForm 1099 processing and complianceOther regulatory / tax filings as requiredInternal, external and regulatory audit requirements as assignedDevelop and maintain MS/SharePoint site as necessaryMonitor and report key processing indicators related to shared service environmentParticipate, as necessary, as a subject matter expert on SAP ERP process team and business transformation teamOther tasks and responsibilities that are relevant to this activityManage the day-to-day outsourcing relationship with an internal offshore service provider, including communication, performance, risk, and continuous knowledge transferPerform corporate liaison role to ensure coordination of activities amongst business units, credit departments, internal auditors, external auditors, regulatory auditors, customers and suppliers.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in AccountingMinimum of 4 years in shared services environmentThree (3) to 4 years in a supervisory or managerial capacitySAP experience or other integrated systemStrong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesExperience with audit and internal controlsExcellent analytical, communication and leadership skills
Preferred Requirements:
