Accounts Payable Manager We are looking for an experienced accounts payable manager that will be assisting in all operations of the Business Office and providing support to the Director of Finance and CFO.

K Shifts Available:

8am to 4:30pm Manage faculty and staff to ensure purchasing procedures that meet audit requirements Answer faculty and staff questions regarding departmental budges and purchasing procedures Open and process mail from vendors and distribute to the appropriate faculty and staff Process purchase orders and input invoices that have been approved Issues check weekly record payments in the banks positive pay system Expedite urgent check requests Collate and mail signed checks, file paperwork Follow up on purchase order and check requests Process bank draft for vendors Assist CFO with vendor contract renewals Assist CFO with preparation of buildings and grounds reporting Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in related field knowledge of standard accounting principles and procedures Knowledge of Microsoft office programs Experience with computer programs Effective communication Why Zing?
