Operations & Oversight:
Oversees full-cycle Accounts Payable functions, including vendor issue resolution, credit applications, and tracking.
Expense Tracking:
Tracks all payments and expenditures, including invoices, statements, expense reports, check requests, and purchase orders.
Reconciliation:
Reconciles processed payments by verifying entries and supporting documents against balances.
Vendor Management:
Manages all correspondence with creditors and vendors regarding payment schedules, outstanding credits, and finance-related inquiries.
Month-End Support:
Organizes and maintains a list of monthly recurring invoices and assists the Finance team with month-end closing accruals.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepares financial information and status reports for the CFO, Director, and VP of Accounting to ensure total compliance with Gaming Commission regulations and company procedures.
Team Leadership:
Manages, trains, and delegates tasks to the AP Data Clerks.
Process Automation:

qualifications:
Two+ years of recent AP or accounting experience is required Oversees full-cycle Accounts Payable functions, including vendor issue resolution, credit applications, and tracking. A strong understanding of expense accounts, cost centers, and compliance issues surrounding AP processes. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify variances, research billing discrepancies, and resolve complex vendor payment disputes effectively.
