Salary Package:
Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
Duration:
Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable (AP): process and review vendor invoices, make payments on time, maintain vendor relationships, and negotiate payment terms. Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): issue invoices, follow up on overdue amounts, resolve billing issues, and track AR aging. Review supplier invoices and enter accurate costs into the accounting system. Ensure accurate bank reconciliations, collections, credit control, and intercompany transactions. Prepare and file tax returns in line with legal requirements. Support internal and external audits with the needed documents. Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving ideas. Keep financial records accurate and up to date. Prepare monthly and year-end journals and financial reports. Issue invoices (digital and hard copy) for related-entity operations. Track daily cash flow and share updates to support management decisions. Provide financial insights to support decision-making. Use and administer the ERP system, including setting up new customers/suppliers and troubleshooting issues. Work with IT on ERP improvements and help implement new systems. Improve and recommend updates to internal control procedures. Work with HR, operations, and sales to provide timely financial support. Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly to non-finance teams. Support project billing, costing, and coordination between departments. Mentor and guide team members with less experience in daily accounting tasks. Contribute to ongoing improvements in financial processes and efficiency.

At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in engineering/trading industry Experience with ERP system is preferred.
