Accounts Payable Manager

Description + Manage and oversee daily accounts payable operations + Supervise, mentor, and develop AP team members + Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments + Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies + Monitor and improve AP processes, workflows, and controls + Support month-end and year-end close activities + Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements + Assist with reporting, cash flow planning, and ad hoc projects Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred + 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including leadership experience + Strong knowledge of AP processes and internal controls + Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) + Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills + Proficient in Microsoft Excel Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
