Job Description:
Accounts Receivable Supervisor Lead a high-performing AR team and drive the full order-to-cash process, including collections, cash application, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys improving operations, partnering across departments, and making a direct impact on cash flow and customer relationships. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Receivable team Oversee invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations Manage aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances Resolve billing issues and customer disputes Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to support customer accounts Prepare AR reporting, KPIs, and analysis for leadership Support month-end close, audits, and internal controls Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities What We're Looking For 5+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience Strong knowledge of collections, cash application, and AR best practices Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft 365 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred SAP experience and accounting certifications are a plus
