Accounts Payable Manager

Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team, fostering accountability and growth Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payments, including tax-related items Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability Balance leadership with hands-on execution across AP operations Partner with internal stakeholders to improve clarity, responsiveness, and self-service capabilities Strengthen internal controls and reporting processes Payments are consistently accurate and on time The AP function is more streamlined, efficient, and scalable The team is empowered, accountable, and growing Business partners know exactly where to go and receive consistent support Experience leading Accounts Payable teams and processes Strong systems knowledge (SAP, Concur preferred) Proven ability to drive process improvements Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to stay close to the work Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Opportunity to reshape and improve a critical function High visibility with leadership and cross-functional teams Career growth into broader finance or AR pathways A company culture rooted in integrity, ownership, and continuous improvement Agency Statement Clemens Food Group does not accept unsolicited resumes from search or staffing firms.
