Honor Foods is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee and optimize our accounts payable function while building strong vendor relationships and guiding a high-performing team. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in the financial operations of a growing company, where your expertise in NetSuite, process management, and team leadership will shine.
What You'll Do Lead & Develop :
Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable Specialist, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
Leverage Technology :
Use your NetSuite know-how to streamline invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
Vendor Relations :
Maintain strong partnerships with vendors while resolving discrepancies and negotiating favorable terms.
Invoice & Payment Oversight :
Ensure timely, accurate invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations.
Expense Management :
Oversee employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance and quick turnaround.
Drive Compliance :
Maintain strong internal controls, support audits, and ensure adherence to GAAP and company policies.
Month-End & Reporting :
Assist with close activities and deliver meaningful AP reports and insights.
Continuous Improvement :
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce errors, and maximize efficiency. What We're Looking For Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR 5+ years in AP supervision. 3-5 years proven supervisory experience in Accounts Payable. ERP expertise (NetSuite preferred). Strong GAAP knowledge and audit familiarity. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
